MEET THE COACH
Head Coach, Andy Rowe, under Professor Max Campos (Checkmat) has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 12 years. Andy says "Jiu-Jitsu has transformed my life, it keeps me calm, takes my stresses away and has helped me grow into a much better person. I have competed all over the world at the highest level and I hope to build a team to do the same."
